Stayed in room 29. Very spacious and the 2nd bed is in its own room. Futon. Saw an earlier review about bed bugs but I have work experience treating bed bugs and I thoroughly inspected the room. No sign of bed bugs and everything was actually really new and very clean. So much space for the price
Reasonably priced, but has some age to it. Rooms were clean shower needed replacing as it was cracked bad. Overall decent though.
Staff was very nice. places were clean and it was peaceful but yet not restricted
Cheap, clean enough, no bedbugs and that's what counts amiright? But seriously folks, it's a good place to stay. What do you seriously expect under 70 bones? More than sufficient.

We are moving to the Fort Collins area and have been living here for a month now. Until living arrangements are made . We (4 adults) stayed on the second floor in one of the suites. The room is very comfortable. Was able to connect to Wi-Fi and television was Able to hook up HDMI for the Xbox ! Many channels ,more than what was needed for us . Must say there is traffic due to the Inn being on the main st. . However from Wellington to the south end of Fort Collins , your there within 15 minutes . Very convenient ! EXCELLENT STAFF ! THANK YOU, WE ARE ENJOYING OUR STAY!
